An Open Letter to Hey.com

I have been a fan of Hey.com email since I read about them in the New York Times several months ago.
They had a brilliant idea: removing the baroque and overly complex infrastructure that is required to keep a modern email system functioning.
Instead, each user gets to decide: keep or reject, for every email that comes in.
But: currently, emails into hey.com are not received!
I can help with this … I am sending a note to the CEO today and I will update this when I get the answer.
