(0) GET SOME EXERCISE!! If I had listened to my wife I wouldn’t have had the first problem on the list … I had a gastrointestinal problem called “gut motility” also “incomplete defection” that felt to me like a “stick up my butt” .. the physical therapist who helped me learn to live with this condition said that some people called a ‘stone’. Who knew that a lack of exercise could cause this?

(1) Afib is controllable by potassium (up to 7000mg per day is ok for those without kidney problems)

(2) It’s easier to pass gas in bed if lying on your left side (Source: book Poop — I can’t find the author right now … too many other books with similar titles.)

(3) (For males: You should definitely start trimming your pubic hair in your 50’s, before it gets anywhere near the tip of your penis. You’ll probably also have an enlarged prostate in your 60s, and it’s tough enough managing your pee without having these false alarms.
