Gut moility problem caused by lack of exercise… if I had only listened to my wife!

(0) GET SOME EXERCISE!! If I had listened to my wife I wouldn’t have had the first problem on the list … I had a gastrointestinal problem called “gut motility” also “incomplete defection” that felt to me like a “stick up my butt” .. the physical therapist who helped me learn to live with this condition said that some people called a ‘stone’. Who knew that a lack of exercise could cause this?

(1) Afib is controllable by potassium (up to 7000mg per day is ok for those without kidney problems)

(About enlarged prostates — an alternative to Urlofit is eesystems.com … it worked for me! Feel free to ask me about it … mark@landhowa.com.

I use the setup shown above; I read a book of an ER doctor who said he used a straigh razor and had to carefully suture the wound on this most sensitive area … not for me (I use the safer setup above), but the guy was an emergency room Dr. who said he knocked himself out mountain biking …

Not for me, but then I’m just a computer programmer!
